I went to see Simone re viewing the reception to plan my wedding. I had initially sent an email in April only to receive a response 3 months later. I called the venue multiple times to get into contact with her and was constantly told she was unavailable. After several attempts at getting into contact with someone I managed to organise an appointment to view the venue and to discuss wedding packages. When I attended the venue, I was completely ignored by the staff. I am very dissapointed and would not recommend the venue to any bride to be.
